We are based in NYC. We serve NYC ( Five Boroughs ), NJ, Connecticut, Hamptons , Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland. We have an extensive fleet to cover Northeast and Northwest NY. We are trying to Grow globally as well by providing safe and reliable transportation service by our trusted affiliate partners across the globe. 

When booking a ride from the Airport, at the summary section enter in your flight details and select the pickup option. You can choose curbside, where you will go outside the Airport and meet the chauffeur or Inside Meet and Greet. With Meet and Greet, the chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim area, holding a digital sign with your name. Chauffeur will also help with the luggage and escort you to the vehicle. Meet and Greet service has an additional Charge.

* ALL SPRINTER/BUS RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS HAVE A CANCELLATION PENALTY WITH IN 72 HOURS IF BEING CANCELLED AFTER THE RESERVATION IS MADE AND FINALIZED BY OUR DISPATCH OFFICE .
* If any reservation for (Sedan/SUV) is being cancelled 24 hours prior to the pickup time. There will be NO CHARGE. if a reservation is being cancelled on the day of the trip it will be a FULL CHARGE.
* If any reservation for (Sprinter Vans / Limo / Busses) is being cancelled 72 hours prior to the pickup time. There will be a 50% cancellation charge. All cancellations within 72 Hrs for (Sprinter       Vans / Limo / Busses) will have A FULL CANCELLATION CHARGE.
* If any reservation is being cancelled within 24 Hrs of the pickup time FULL FARE WILL BE CHARGED.

We are based in Midtown New York City. Our main office is located in Manhattan, where our dispatch team and support team is located. We have offices in New Jersey and Long Island as well to make sure we have vehicles and chauffeurs available accordingly.

 We accept all major credit cards, Mastercards, Visa, Debit Cards, American express, Zelle and Paypal . Note: Checks are only accepted from Business accounts for Direct Billing. 

If you have point to point service, you will get 10 minutes of free wait time. After that, you will be charged for the wait time explained in our company policy. For Domestic Flights, the grace period is 45 minutes and it starts after the flight has arrived at the gate. This means if the flight was supposed to land for example at 5:00 pm but is now delayed and lands at 6:39 pm, the wait time will start when it actually lands and gets to the gate.You won’t be charged for the delay. For international flights the grace period is 60 minutes and it starts after the flight has arrived at the gate. Our Chauffeurs and Dispatch team tracks the flights using 3 different trackers to make sure the Car arrives at the airport accordingly. 

Our dispatch team and chauffeurs continuously track the flights to make sure the chauffeur arrives on time and to make up for any flight delays or earlier arrivals. When going to the airport, we need your flight information, so the chauffeur can drop you at the right terminal. When picking up from the airport, we need your flight info so we can track the flight and the chauffeur gets there accordingly. Any last minute changes to the flight might have a palenty. Please call our dispatch team as soon as there is a FLIGHT CHANGE to update your reservation. 

Our Office hours are from 6 AM to 11 PM. However we provide service 24 hours and our chauffeurs work hard day and night. Please reserve 24 hours before pickup to confirm the booking and get a ride at non-business hours. 

You can call us anytime to change the pickup or dropoff address. We will tell you the price difference if there is any and send you the new modified confirmation right away. If you are already in the vehicle and want to change the dropoff address, please tell the chauffeur. Chauffeur will go to the new dropoff address. After the job is completed our chauffeur will contact the dispatch team and inform them about the change and our team will update the reservation with a new rate and send you a modified confirmation. It is best to get a quote from ONLY OUR DISPATCH TEAM and agree on the rate BEFORE you make any changes to a confirmed reservation so there are no surprises. 

If you know It will take time for you to get cleared through customs and want to save wait time, you can add a buffer. For example if your flight is estimated to land at 3:00 pm, but you know it will take you around 1 hour through customs but still not sure, you can add a buffer for 30 minutes. This means the chauffeur will come at 3:30 PM and your wait time will start 1 hour after 5:30 PM. If your flight is delayed or early, the buffer time will stay the same but change accordingly to flight estimated arrival time. IF YOU ARE ADDING A BUFFER AND YOU ARE READY EARLIER THAN EXPECTED. THE CHAUFFEUR WILL ARRIVE ON LOCATION AT THE AGREED BUFFER TIME. IT MEANS WE ARE NOT LATE IF YOU ARE READY EARLIER THAN YOUR BUFFER TIME. You can call or email us to see if the chauffeur can get there earlier and we will let you know their ETA. 

As you may know accidents and street closures are common in NYC and in every Big city but here at Precision NY Chauffeur Service, we try our best to avoid them. We track our chauffeurs’ location constantly to make sure they reach the pickup location on time. If a chauffeur is stuck in traffic or he/she has another problem, our dispatch team quickly switches the job to another chauffeur near the pickup address to make sure your pickup is always on time. We have about 207 active chauffeurs and over 250 active vehicles in our fleet. 

We provide all types of car seats for an additional charge. Please select the type of car seat according to your child age for their safety when booking online, via phone or email. 

You can either call us,email us or book online using our secured website under quotes/ reservations. Please enter the service type, pickup and dropoff address, vehicle type and enter the payment method. Note: Payment won’t be charged until the booking is confirmed by one of our representatives.
